More than two thousand handwritten notes have gone out with our care kits, written by medical students, by people in recovery, and by community members. This is the same thing, from wherever you are.

Someone reads every note before it goes anywhere. The ones we use get printed onto cards and tucked into care kits, or read aloud in a sharing circle.
It has to fit on a card that fits in a pocket. A sentence or two is plenty.
Please do not include your last name, your address or your phone number. A first name is welcome. So is nothing.
Not to a cause. The person holding the card is having a hard day and does not need advice, a lecture, or scripture unless you know them.

We may lightly edit for print, and not every note will be used. Nothing is published on this website.
If you would rather write yours on paper, come to a session and write a stack of them with us.
